HOA Meeting Schedule

Your Bostwood Estates HOA Board meets on a regular basis to ensure that we are promptly working on and addressing the needs of the our neighborhood, and below are the dates of each meeting currently scheduled.

All HOA Board meetings will be held at the Parkway House Restaurant, 834 Union Street South, Concord, NC from 3-4pm.  The annual meeting will be held at the Bostwood Estates park from 3-4pm.

There are three types of meetings:

Private meetings: the HOA Board discuss topics and make decisions for the benefit of the neighborhood.

Public meetings: homeowners are invited to attend with questions, concerns, and constructive input to be shared with the HOA Board.

Annual meeting: all homeowners will vote to elect HOA Board members for the upcoming year.
