HOA Meeting Schedule

Your Bostwood Estates HOA Board meets on a regular basis to ensure that we are promptly working on and addressing the needs of the neighborhood, and below are the dates of each meeting currently scheduled.

Unless otherwise indicated, HOA Board meetings will be held at 3-4pm on the third Sunday each month, and the location will be provided ahead of the meeting date.

The annual meeting will be held at the Bostwood Estates park shelter.

There are three types of meetings:

Closed meetings: the HOA Board discuss topics and make decisions for the benefit of the neighborhood.

Open meetings: homeowners are invited to attend with questions, concerns, and constructive input to be shared with the HOA Board.

Annual meeting: all homeowners will vote to elect HOA Board members for the upcoming year.
