Paying Annual Dues

Each year, all property owners in the Bostwood Estates neighborhood pay homeowners association dues that are used for upkeep of the neighborhood common area and playground, maintenance, security, neighborhood events, and other things enjoyed by each of us.

Annual dues for 2026 are

$120.00 per lot.

Starting in January 2026, dues billing will change from one annual invoice to four quarterly invoices.  This change is intended to help everyone by spreading the dues payment out over the whole year.

For those that choose to pay dues all at once, if you pay the full annual amount before April 1, the HOA will send you a $10 rebate check!

And to make the process very easy for you, there are two different ways that you can pay dues.

You can pay electronically with a credit/debit card or directly from your bank account.

There is no cost to you for this service, your payment is recorded immediately, and you get a receipt in your email.  No need to worry about a lost check or cash.
