Paying Annual Dues

Each year, all property owners in the Bostwood Estates neighborhood pay homeowners association dues that are used for upkeep of the neighborhood common area and playground, maintenance, security, neighborhood events, and other things enjoyed by each of us.

Annual dues for 2025 are

$120.00 per lot.

To make the process very easy for you, there are different ways that you can pay dues.

There is no cost to you for this service, your payment is recorded immediately, and you get a receipt in your email.  No need to worry about a lost check.

You can send a check or money order to the mailing address found on the contact page.

This method takes longer for your payment to be recorded, and it may get lost in the mail, so you would need to send a replacement.  PLEASE NOTE - CASH IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
